Executive Director & Co-Founder

Mũthoni Kiarie

Mũthoni Kiarie is Executive Director and Co-Founder of Zult Impact, a nonprofit expanding capital access for CDFIs and the community lenders who serve small businesses. She builds the shared tools, standards, and infrastructure that let mission-driven lenders operate with the efficiency of larger institutions, so more capital reaches the small businesses that need it. She spent nearly two decades at Wells Fargo, most recently leading GTM strategy for the Digital Assets Center of Excellence, and helped found the Financial Data Exchange, scaling it into the standard-bearer for open banking in North America. Her advocacy for women entrepreneurs and underserved communities is rooted in her Kenyan upbringing and early grassroots development work.

Arushi Sood Joshi

Arushi Sood Joshi is Chairperson of the Board of Zult Impact and founder/CEO of Zult Inc., a fintech building compliance-native tokenization infrastructure for private credit and community lending markets. She brings 25 years in financial services and fintech, with senior roles at Wells Fargo, Deloitte, Visa, and Mastercard. Her community work includes serving as a CASA in California, a Child Advocate in Texas, and a secondment with the UN World Food Programme in Ethiopia. She leads Zult Impact’s mission to expand access to capital for community lenders.

Kuntal Gandhi

Kuntal Gandhi is a finance, strategy, and technology executive with more than two decades of experience across OneStream Software, Salesforce, Gap Inc., Staples, and Goldman Sachs. She has managed billion-dollar budgets and led large-scale finance and technology transformations, with deep expertise in analytics, governance, and digital strategy. Outside work, she mentors students and early-career professionals and helps older adults navigate technology and financial decisions. As a Director of Zult Impact, she supports the organization’s mission of expanding access to responsible community finance.

Jazz Samra

Jazz Samra is a fintech operator with a track record building commercial partnerships at Wells Fargo, Marqeta, and Trustly, including 700% year-over-year growth in the account-to-account payments market at Trustly. She spent nearly a decade at Google, where she scaled Google Canada into the company’s third-largest global market and helped drive a multi-hundred-million-dollar partnership with ADT. Earlier roles at Visa, Intuit, and American Express grounded her in card issuance, loyalty, and payments. She is recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Admired Women in San Francisco, and is widely regarded as a transformative commercial operator, one who builds in markets that matter, at the moment they matter most.
